Lixandru, head of the Bucharest School Inspectorate, is under investigation by the National Integrity Agency for potential conflicts of interest. Dumitru's firms, including AlfaServ PRO and ARTIST, have received significant funding through direct contracts with schools, raising concerns about the legitimacy of these dealings. Both Lixandru and Dumitru deny any wrongdoing, asserting that their contracts are legitimate and based on merit. The situation has drawn media scrutiny, highlighting the intertwining of personal and professional relationships in public procurement.
