Florian Coldea, former deputy chief of SRI, exhibited aggressive behavior at Nice Airport towards journalist Alessia Păcuraru, leading to a police report. Coldea physically confronted Păcuraru when she attempted to film him, prompting a response from the Romanian Consulate in Nice, which advised her to contact French authorities. Following the incident, Coldea tried to evade further questions from Păcuraru at Otopeni Airport. Realitatea PLUS has filed a criminal complaint and is pursuing legal action against Coldea for his conduct.
