The incident occurred on September 14, 2025, when Dumitrescu left the scene of an accident that injured a 23-year-old woman. He was later found with cocaine in his system, although he denied using drugs. This is not his first offense, as he had a previous conviction for driving under the influence. He must also complete community service and comply with probation requirements during his three-year supervision period.
