Fitch menține ratingul României la „BBB-”, cu perspectivă negativă. Nazare: Stabilitatea politică și continuarea consolidării fiscale sunt decisiv
Fitch Ratings has confirmed Romania's sovereign rating at 'BBB-' with a negative outlook, emphasizing the need for fiscal consolidation and political stability. The agency's decision comes as Romania works to reduce its significant budget deficit. Fitch projects a decrease in the budget deficit to 5.9% of GDP by 2026, supported by revenue growth and spending control measures. Despite maintaining the investment-grade rating, the negative outlook reflects concerns over high public debt and political uncertainties. The Finance Minister highlighted the importance of protecting the investment rating and ensuring continued fiscal reforms.
