Fiscul vede tot mai mult din activitatea firmelor. Ce date ajung automat la ANAF și ce se schimbă pentru companii
The Romanian tax authority, ANAF, is increasingly accessing data from businesses through various digital systems, impacting reporting obligations. Starting January 2026, companies must submit invoices electronically within five working days. The e-Factura system will streamline invoice reporting, while SAF-T will standardize accounting data submissions. Additionally, RO e-TVA will provide pre-filled VAT returns based on available data. The e-Transport system will track goods transport, and cash registers will also send data to ANAF. Companies must ensure their systems are compatible with these requirements, as obligations vary by business type and operations.
