Firmele își pot actualiza codurile CAEN până la 25 martie 2027

The Romanian government has extended the deadline for businesses to update their CAEN codes to March 25, 2027, due to low compliance rates. Only 37.24% of affected professionals had updated their codes by the initial deadline. The interim Minister of Economy, Irineu Darău, stated that the extension aims to ease administrative burdens on businesses and ensure accurate economic data collection for public policy. Both CAEN Rev. 2 and Rev. 3 codes can be used simultaneously until the new deadline, allowing for a smoother transition.
