Firma elvețiană SGS, cu activitate și în România, achiziționează Prescient Security din SUA

SGS has acquired a majority stake in Prescient Security, enhancing its Digital Trust services. This acquisition aims to boost revenue by CHF 200 million by 2027. Prescient Security specializes in information security compliance and cybersecurity, employing around 350 staff and serving 5,000 clients globally. The integration will expand SGS's capabilities in digital risk management and regulatory compliance, leveraging its global network and technical expertise.
