SGS, a Swiss testing and certification company, is acquiring five new firms to enhance its presence in high-growth sectors. The acquisitions include TechCorp Services, K Prime, Keystone Bioanalytical, CMIC Inc., and Agroknow, which strengthen SGS's capabilities in infrastructure, health, and food safety. These investments align with SGS's Strategy 27, aimed at accelerating growth and expanding high-value services. The new companies will enhance SGS's expertise in critical areas for the future economy, contributing to an expected annual revenue increase of approximately 100 million CHF from 14 acquisitions this year.
