Canadian Nuclear Partners S.A. reported a net profit of 21.55 million lei in 2025, with a significant increase in business activity. The company, established in Romania in 2019, primarily works on nuclear projects at Cernavodă. It has seen rapid growth, with revenues rising from 4.8 million lei in 2023 to 77.8 million lei in 2025. The firm has a key contract with Nuclearelectrica for project management and technical assistance worth approximately 240 million euros. Nuclearelectrica itself reported a profit of around 2.4 billion lei in 2025, despite facing operational challenges due to low water levels in the Danube affecting nuclear production.
