FintechOS atrage 28 milioane de dolari. Extindere în SUA și consolidare în UE, plus model nou de livrare

Romanian startup FintechOS has secured $28 million in combined equity and debt funding to enhance its operations and expand in the U.S. market. The equity portion comes from existing investors, while Santander CIB provides a senior credit facility. The funds will support growth in the U.S. and Europe, following a strong first half of 2026 with a 40% increase in recurring revenue and operational profitability. FintechOS aims to onboard over 20 new financial institutions globally and is expanding its leadership team in the U.S. to drive strategic partnerships. The company continues to strengthen its presence in Europe, particularly in banking and insurance, while maintaining a significant client base in Romania.
