The Ministry of Finance is launching the October edition of Fidelis government bonds, offering interest rates up to 7.75%, with special rates for blood donors. The issuance period is from October 2 to 9, 2026, featuring various rates for different maturities in both lei and euro. Blood donors will receive higher interest rates and reduced minimum subscription amounts. Investors can sell bonds before maturity and enjoy tax-free income. The bonds are available through partner banks and are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
