Companies will not need to submit additional requests, as tax authorities will verify compliance automatically. Key conditions include timely tax payments and no outstanding obligations. The bonus can offset tax liabilities and may be refunded if not used. This initiative aims to streamline the application of tax benefits under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 8/2026, which has already yielded significant bonuses for both legal entities and individuals.
