Finanțările pentru sectorul imobiliar au crescut cu 15%

The commercial real estate sector in Romania accounts for 54% of loans to non-financial companies, with a 15% increase in financing to 116 billion lei. This growth reflects banks' interest in funding commercial real estate projects despite economic uncertainties. Major financing deals include a 400 million euro loan for the RIVUS project and a 372 million euro refinancing by AFI Europe. The non-performing loan rate in this sector was 6.2% in March 2026, higher than the average for non-financial companies but manageable in terms of risk.
