Romanian companies, universities, and public institutions can apply for up to €2.2 million in EU funding for digital solutions in health, energy, and mobility. The SYSTEMEU call has a total budget of €7.55 million and is open until November 16, 2026. Eligible applicants include research organizations, startups, SMEs, and public authorities from all regions of Romania. Projects must focus on mature technologies and can receive funding based on their size and complexity. The implementation period for selected projects is between 15 and 18 months, starting in early 2027. Applications are submitted online, and support is available for finding partners.
