The investment includes equity from existing shareholders and a senior credit facility from Santander CIB. This funding brings total investments to at least $173 million over nine years. The company reported a 40% increase in recurring revenue and operational profitability in the first half of 2026, driven by a 130% growth in the U.S. market. FintechOS aims for over 200% growth in the U.S. in the next year, while also strengthening its presence in Europe. The AI-native platform allows non-technical users to configure financial products efficiently, enhancing operational efficiency for clients.
