The Ministry of Finance is launching the ninth edition of the FIDELIS state bond program from September 4-11, 2026, offering tax-free interest rates up to 7.50% for lei and 6.30% for euro bonds. Blood donors receive special interest rates and lower minimum subscription thresholds.
