The Ministry of Finance is launching the XI edition of FIDELIS from November 6-13, 2026, offering attractive, tax-free interest rates of up to 7.75% in RON and 6.60% in EUR. Individuals over 18 can subscribe through partner banks. This edition supports blood donation with special conditions for donors, including higher interest rates and lower minimum subscription amounts. Donors can earn 7.60% for 2-year RON bonds and 5.50% for 3-year EUR bonds. The nominal value for FIDELIS bonds is 100 RON or 100 EUR, with a minimum subscription of 5,000 RON or 1,000 EUR.
