FIDELIS, a zecea ediție din 2026. Statul vine cu dobânzi mai mari

The Ministry of Finance has launched the tenth edition of FIDELIS for 2026, offering higher interest rates than in September. This round includes seven issues in lei and euro, with two reserved for blood donors. The offer runs from October 2 to 9, providing annual interest rates of up to 7.75% for lei and 6.60% for euro investments. Previous FIDELIS offers have raised nearly 72.4 billion lei since the program's restart in July 2020. Special terms for blood donors include a two-year issue with a 7.60% interest rate in lei and a three-year issue with a 5.50% rate in euro. Minimum subscription amounts vary, with lower thresholds for blood donors. The securities will be traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting October 15, 2026, and are tax-exempt.
