The Dolj Tribunal has denied Konstantinos Passaris's request for conditional release, maintaining his life sentence for murder and robbery. Passaris, known as the 'Beast of the Balkans', has been imprisoned for over 24 years. Despite completing various educational and psychological programs, the judge noted his disciplinary issues and lack of significant behavioral change. Passaris also faces multiple life sentences in Greece for other serious crimes.
