Festivalul Familiei de la Iași a adus împreună 11.500 de copii, părinți și bunici

On September 6, the sixth edition of the Family Festival took place in Iași, organized by the Archdiocese of Iași. The event attracted around 11,500 attendees and featured over 50 free workshops and artistic performances aimed at fostering family bonding. The festival coincided with the celebration of Saints Joachim and Anna, emphasizing the theme of family in the context of the Year of Christian Family Pastoral Care. Activities included creative workshops for children and parents, and a visit from the Metropolitan of Moldova and Bucovina, who blessed the families present. The festival also aimed to raise funds for families with many children, supporting a project to provide suitable homes for large families. The event highlighted the importance of community and collaboration among volunteers and organizers.
