Fermierii vor primi sprijin european pentru gestionarea apei

Farmers, SMEs, and local authorities in Romania can apply for EU support for innovative water management projects. The EU Water Resilience Investment Accelerator aims to facilitate investments that mitigate drought and flooding effects while promoting efficient water resource use. The program will select 20 pilot projects from the EU, with applications accepted until October 2026. It focuses on efficient water use, nature-based solutions, and water quality improvement. Selected beneficiaries will receive specialized consultancy to develop projects and attract private investors, although funding is not guaranteed. This initiative offers Romanian farmers a chance to enhance agricultural resilience against water scarcity.
