Fermierii plătesc dublu pentru îngrăşăminte faţă de anul trecut. Scumpirile se vor vedea şi la raft
Farmers are facing a significant increase in fertilizer costs, doubling from last year, which will impact retail prices. The price of fertilizers has surged due to rising global gas and diesel costs, with farmers now paying between 5,500 and 6,000 lei per ton. The ongoing drought in southern regions is exacerbating expenses, as dry soil requires more intensive agricultural work, leading to higher diesel consumption. Diesel prices have also risen to 11 lei per liter. Supermarket directors anticipate that these cost increases will be passed on to consumers, with many expecting price hikes by the end of the year due to various economic factors, including currency fluctuations and energy price surges.
