Fermierii ar putea cumpăra terenuri agricole prin leasing funciar. Ce pregătește Ministerul Agriculturii
The Romanian Ministry of Agriculture plans to introduce a land leasing law to help farmers acquire agricultural land. This initiative aims to provide financial support to farmers lacking capital and to curb speculative purchases. The leasing mechanism would allow farmers to pay for land over time, rather than upfront. Additionally, existing loans could potentially be converted into leasing contracts for those struggling with repayments. The minister emphasized the need for legislative changes to facilitate access to land for genuine agricultural use, countering competition from financially stronger investors. The proposed law will be submitted to Parliament for approval.
