Femeile suferă mai mult decât bărbații. Ce au descoperit cercetătorii după 35 de ani de studii
A recent study spanning 35 years reveals that women experience pain more intensely than men due to hormonal and neurological differences. Researchers analyzed clinical studies from over 100 countries, finding that women report higher pain levels in various areas, including headaches and back pain. Despite this, women have a higher pain tolerance. The study emphasizes the need for gender-specific analysis in medical research, as biological sex influences pain mechanisms and treatment responses. In Romania, pain management is now legally regulated, ensuring coverage for acute and chronic pain treatments.
