Femeile însărcinate vor putea să nască însoțite de partenerii lor. Legea a trecut de Parlament, dar a creat un scandal pe tema vaccinării nou-născuților
The Romanian Parliament has approved a law allowing pregnant women to have a companion during childbirth. A deputy, who is also an expectant mother, praised the initiative but advised against vaccinating newborns, sparking reactions in Parliament. The law ensures that mothers can keep their babies with them during hospitalization if there are no complications. Former Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete criticized the anti-vaccine stance, emphasizing the importance of vaccinations. The law passed decisively with 262 votes in favor and will soon be sent for presidential approval.
