Beauty and Parity, the research involved over 9,000 women across several countries. Results indicate that these women are 37% more likely to aspire to senior leadership positions and nearly 50% more likely to hold such roles. Additionally, 90% of promoted women attribute their career advancement to skills learned through sports. The study also highlights a growing trend of sports participation among younger generations. However, the authors caution that the findings are correlational and do not establish direct causation between sports and professional success.
