Femeile care au fost în concediu maternal în acești ani iau o pensie mai mică. Explicațiile Casei de Pensii • Newsweek România
The Pension House warns that women who took maternity leave between April 1, 2001, and January 1, 2006, will receive lower pensions due to a legal loophole. This period is not counted as contributory, resulting in a loss of nearly 2 bonus points for pension calculations. The law recognizes this time only as seniority for pension purposes, not contributing to stability points. A parliamentary initiative aims to change this, but it has not yet been voted on.
