A 60-year-old woman was detained in Constanța for repeatedly stealing food from supermarkets, accumulating damages over 22,000 lei. The thefts occurred between December 2025 and September 2026, with the woman bypassing checkout lines. Following investigations, she was arrested for 24 hours and is now facing legal actions. The police are conducting further inquiries under the supervision of the local prosecutor's office.
