Employees are encouraged to assess how the new law would affect their incomes, indicating potential increases, decreases, or maintenance of current salaries. The consultation aims to gather opinions from 60,000 healthcare workers, who will use a salary comparator tool to evaluate the financial impact. Following the consultation, the federation will present its stance on the project, while also advocating for amendments to better protect healthcare workers' salaries.
