FC Botoșani a demolat-o pe Sepsi, 5-0. Patru goluri în prima repriză și „dublă” pentru Mailat

FC Botoșani achieved a significant 5-0 victory against Sepsi Sfântu Gheorghe in the Superliga, dominating the match early on. Sebastian Mailat scored the first goal from a penalty in the 9th minute, quickly followed by another goal from him just two minutes later. Andreas Dumiter added a third goal in the 24th minute, and Nikola Mitrov scored the fourth in the 36th minute. Despite a missed penalty by Dumiter before halftime, Botoșani maintained a strong lead. The second half saw a decrease in pace, with Sepsi unable to score. Jovan Markovic sealed the match with a penalty in the 77th minute. This result was surprising as Sepsi had the best defense in the league prior to this match, conceding more goals in one game than in the previous seven combined. Botoșani now sits in 7th place with 10 points, while Sepsi is in 12th with the same total.
