Help Net Romania has appointed Nikolay Belchev as the new CEO, succeeding Nikolay Kolev. Belchev, a Bulgarian manager with over a decade in Romania, aims to enhance the company's growth in the healthcare sector. He previously led operations at Expur and held management roles at Rompetrol Bulgaria. Kolev will transition to a Senior Executive Advisor role, ensuring continuity and supporting the long-term strategy. The new executive board includes key directors overseeing finance, operations, customers, and marketing. PHOENIX Romania, part of the German PHOENIX Group, has a strong presence in the pharmaceutical market, operating over 400 pharmacies nationwide.
