The electronic toll system faced disruptions, particularly with email confirmations, affecting users with Gmail and Yahoo accounts. Despite these issues, the validity of the road tax and TollRo remains unaffected. The platform, operational since October 1, 2026, is designed for vehicles over 3.5 tons and calculates fees based on distance, vehicle weight, and road type. Users can pay via a route ticket or based on distance traveled, with services available through the website and mobile app.
