Fără adeverință de asigurat la medic și spital. Senatul a votat verificarea electronică a statutului de asigurat
The Senate has approved a legislative proposal allowing electronic verification of health insurance status, eliminating the need for paper certificates in most cases. This change aims to streamline the process for patients seeking medical services. The proposal modifies existing health laws, making electronic checks the standard method for confirming insurance status. Patients will only need to provide identification data, and if their insurance can be verified electronically, no paper documents will be required. Exceptions will apply in specific situations, such as technical issues. The transition period for using health cards and electronic identity cards will last until the end of 2027, facilitating the shift to digital verification.
