Cristian Borcea's family is partnering with the Ion family to develop a new residential project in Bucharest, estimated at 20 million euros. The project will feature 150 to 200 premium apartments on a recently acquired 6,000 square meter plot. Construction is expected to start in 2027, following the optimization and authorization phase. This partnership follows their previous collaboration on the Doi Cocoși Residence project. The area has seen significant real estate investment recently, with various developers active in the vicinity. The Ion family has a strong presence in the Bucharest residential market, having developed around 10,000 apartments.
