The Blaj City Hall is advancing plans to develop the banks of the Târnava Mare River into a modern urban space for relaxation and recreation. A project contract worth 270,000 lei has been signed for the technical documentation needed to construct a promenade along the river. The planned promenade will stretch approximately 800 meters and cover over 25,000 square meters, featuring walking paths, relaxation areas, playgrounds, and an urban beach inspired by Paris Plages. This initiative aims to enhance the area's appeal and provide a vibrant leisure space for residents.
