Four apartment blocks in Făgăraș are undergoing thermal rehabilitation with non-repayable funds, following a financing contract signed in 2019. The project remains unfinished, prompting the municipality to contract a new builder to complete the work and address deficiencies. The new contract, valued at 540,699.75 lei, was awarded to BMC Roofing Construct SRL. The project, totaling 6.01 million lei, includes thermal insulation, window replacement, balcony closures, and lighting upgrades for 159 apartments. The municipality aims to meet quality standards set in the technical documentation for the project.
