The company, employing nearly 700 people, reported a revenue drop to 231 million lei and a net loss of 24.6 million lei in 2024. The financial difficulties stem from a contraction in the European auto market and rising costs. The preventive concordat aims to provide a framework for negotiating a recovery plan while maintaining operations. Infinexa, the appointed administrator, emphasizes that this process ensures stability for employees, clients, and suppliers, allowing the company to continue its activities and meet obligations.
