Prosecutors in Bucharest have charged eight individuals for forming a criminal group to illegally obtain driving licenses for money. Perpetrators allegedly coordinated efforts to bypass legal requirements, providing fictitious documentation and using technical means to assist candidates during exams. Raids in Bucharest and Giurgiu led to the seizure of evidence and approximately 400,000 lei. Six suspects were detained, while others face judicial control. Investigations continue with police support.
