Neagoe Basarab Residence is advancing the Swissôtel Poiana Brașov project with an additional investment of €11 million for a new expansion phase. This will include 50 new rooms, an extended spa area, and a large conference center to attract corporate events, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. Despite a general decline in tourism, the hotel has seen a 20% increase in occupancy and revenue, largely due to direct bookings. The group is also working on a second hotel in Cristian, near Brașov, potentially affiliated with Radisson Blu.
