Exporturile Germaniei scad. Excedent comercial de 21,3 miliarde de euro
Germany's exports unexpectedly fell in July, ending a growth streak, while the trade surplus increased due to a significant drop in imports. Official statistics revealed a 0.8% decline in exports compared to June, while imports decreased by 5.7%. Consequently, the trade surplus rose to €21.3 billion, surpassing analysts' expectations of €16 billion. Exports to the EU dropped by 1.6%, but shipments to the US increased by 19.1%. Imports from China also fell by 7.5%. In the first half of 2026, trade between Germany and Romania grew by 1.3%, with German exports to Romania rising by 4.6%.
