Exporturi de porumb către Turcia de 167.000 de tone. România rămâne al treilea cel mai mare furnizor, dar cantitățile sunt de peste două ori mai mici - Economica.net

Romania remains the third largest corn supplier to Turkey, but exports have significantly decreased this year compared to last year. Turkey imported around 4 million tons of corn, with only 167,000 tons from Romania. The USDA estimates Turkey will buy 4.8 million tons this year, similar to last year's figures. Romanian corn deliveries to Turkey have dropped by 54%. Turkish farmers are reducing corn cultivation areas, which may lead to a projected yield of 7.1 million tons in the 2026/27 season. Romania continues to be the largest European grain exporter, particularly in wheat and corn.
