An explosion occurred on the LPG Gas Lisbon tanker in the Black Sea, approximately 40 kilometers from Romania's coast. The vessel was hit outside Romanian territorial waters while en route from Alexandria, Egypt to Ukraine. All 17 crew members were safely evacuated, with three injured being transported to Sulina for medical care. The Romanian Naval Authority is investigating the incident, which may be linked to the ongoing conflict involving Russia and Ukraine.
