An explosion occurred at the Sadu Mechanical Plant in Romania, injuring a 54-year-old employee. The incident took place in the pyrotechnic workshop during the production of initiation explosives. The worker suffered burns and a leg fracture and was taken to a hospital in Târgu Jiu, where his condition is stable. Other employees were present but unharmed. The plant has a history of similar incidents, including a fatal explosion in 2011.
