He highlights that Romania already imports around 1,700 MW and warns that the situation could worsen if more power plants shut down. The call for voluntary reductions is seen as insufficient, with only 100-200 MW expected to be achieved. Chisăliță emphasizes the need for a structured approach to energy management, including contracts for flexibility services and protection for large consumers.
