Experiment pentru misiunile spre Marte: 100 de zile în izolare, fără lumină naturală
Six individuals from different countries completed a 100-day isolation study to prepare for future space missions. The SOLIS100 study aimed to investigate the effects of long-duration missions on health and performance in extreme conditions. Participants lived in a confined environment without sunlight, relying on limited resources and maintaining a strict daily routine. The research is crucial for astronaut training for upcoming lunar and Martian missions, focusing on standardizing data for future crew support measures.
