Exim Banca Românească contestă amenda în cazul ROBOR

Exim Banca Românească plans to challenge the Competition Council's decision that imposed a fine related to the ROBOR index investigation. The bank argues that the decision lacks new evidence and a solid justification. Exim maintains that it has complied with all regulations and operated under the supervision of the National Bank of Romania. The Competition Council sanctioned ten banks with a total fine of 3.73 billion lei, with Exim receiving 96.49 million lei. The bank disputes the interpretation that its actions affected the ROBOR formation process.
