UMB Holding SRL has submitted a purchase offer for the assets of the RAAN, which has been in bankruptcy for over a decade. General Turbo SA also shows interest in acquiring these assets. Both companies are creditors of RAAN, with UMB Holding being involved in recent acquisitions of steel plants. The AFM confirmed the interest from both parties and stated that proposals will be made in compliance with legal regulations.
