EXCLUSIV.

Mark Anthony Adonia Machore, former CEO of Winbet Romania, has reached a plea agreement in a corruption investigation involving the National Gambling Office. If approved by the court, he will receive a suspended sentence of 1 year and 10 months for complicity in bribery. This marks the second defendant in the case to admit guilt, following Daniel Mihaylov Rusanov. Machore allegedly participated in a bribery scheme involving €100,000 to cover up a complaint regarding a jackpot payment. The investigation has also implicated other officials, including Ana Maria Badea, and has led to discussions about Machore's removal from his director position at Global Interactive Solution Limited, the company behind Winbet in Romania.
