The company has seen significant growth in Romania, selling over a million RCA policies, but faces increasing damage claims that necessitate additional capital. While the company has not confirmed the investor details, sources suggest a possible investment of 50 million euros for a 15% stake. The firm is also transitioning regulatory oversight from Cyprus to Greece, which may require stronger capital reserves. Founders Alexis Pantazis and Emilios Markou have extensive financial backgrounds and are focused on attracting ongoing investment as the business expands.
