A historic villa in Bucharest has been beautifully restored while preserving its architectural integrity. The Timen family, who fled Romania in the 1960s, returned to find a dilapidated property that they transformed into a modern family home. Architect Cristina Woinaroski led the restoration, maintaining original elements and integrating modern systems. The project reflects a deep respect for the building's heritage and the family's personal history of loss and recovery.
